Recruitment Process

GIT is a recruitment process outsourcing company located in India and deliver services across the Latitude and Longitude, especially to Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Karnataka, and Mumbai. We provide recruitment consultancy services to our clients but also give the applicants a perfect platform to get their job. We can help the clients to get the suitable candidates, cultivate and retain them.

The recruitment process consists of the following levels:

Planning

In this level, we evaluate the need of our clients to determine the required set of skills, behavior and relationship. Being working as a cohesive team with our client, we identify factors like required experience and other characteristics like who fit in well with the company's plan.

For online candidate, we give prime consideration to the company's existing business activities, business plans, structures and systems We concentrate on the job description, its key result areas, opportunities, career implications and benefits. These all factors help us in identifying the needs of both the company and candidates, which further leads us to decide on a search strategy to target on specific skills, education, personality and experience.

During the mapping exercise, we perform industry field research on companies and relevant people so as to identify the key competencies. This includes job title, key result areas, authority to be infested, external/internal contacts, and reporting procedures, working environment, job specifications, compensation package, location and other necessary details to provide you the trusted staffing.

Field research- The research provides us a long list of qualified candidates, who are worth pursuing. After that we start the search to identify the suitable candidates either from our own exhaustive database or by advertising for the position

Preliminary Interviews

For this interview we select candidates on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications, strength and weaknesses, working-culture and ethics of the client organization. Then the candidates are contacted and interviews are conducted to find out their interest and suitability. During this phase, our consultants keep on updating the client for progress.

Short Listing

After short listed, confidential reports are generally prepared and submitted in writing to our clients, who fulfill the specified position closely.

Informal Checks- We verifies the listed achievements and last work experiences of the short-listed candidates. After this phase, a list is handed to the client with our recommendations and assessments.

Client Interviews

After the informal reference checks, we schedule a meeting between the short-listed candidates and clients with their proper arrangements. The consultant asks both the client and the candidates for the feedback after every interview.

Formal Checks

After client interviews, we conduct a formal reference check of the selected candidates. After this consultants contacts individuals / companies that are capable of providing details of the candidate's qualifications, work ethics and other relevant feedback.

Complication

We actively participate in the negotiation process including compensation. Both the client and the candidates draw on our in-depth knowledge of market. Understanding the importance of Progress, we keep in touch with the candidate until the time he / she joins the company. Being successfully joined for a specified job. This process ensures a smooth integration into the organization and accomplishment of targets.
